Five “stepping stones”

These five “stepping stones” are areas that we will need to visit at different times in our ‘journey of becoming’ so that we become all that God has called us to be.

These areas are: Our image of God; Attachment (Sense of being); Forgiveness; Self-acceptance and Freedom from shame.

[The video clips below were recorded by Lin in 2026 as a contribution to the Christian “Omega Project” in the Netherlands.]

You can find further teaching on these stepping stones on our AUDIO page. Look for the ‘Foundational series’.

Our image of God: This is often determined by the relationship with our own father. What are the consequences?

Attachment: Our attachment process plays a crucial role in our ability to experience deep connection with God.

Forgiveness: Receiving and granting forgiveness are indispensable if we truly wish to become free.

Self-acceptance: As long as we compare ourselves to others, our self-acceptance is blocked—and that’s a pity…

Freedom from shame: God wants to set us free from unhealthy feelings of shame so that we can live out our destiny.
