How can we be spiritually fit in order to live well? Each session is based on one of the four seasons,  beginning with winter.  Some stages in our lives cannot just be discarded, such as grief and loss, but we can learn to have Jesus as our Guide when we navigate these painful areas.  Other 'companions', such as negative judgement, fear and anxiety, need to be silenced.  We also explore the good 'companions' we need in order to walk well:  forgiveness, gratitude, self-compassion, generosity, perseverance and hope.
